Jennifer practices civil litigation with a primary focus on insurance defence litigation in the areas of personal injury, occupier's liability, professional negligence, property and casualty claims. Jennifer has extensive practice in mediations and court based advocacy.
Jennifer, along with her partner Jason Arcuri, is the co-founder and co-chair of the firm’s Cannabis Law practice, which is active in advising insurers, brokers, underwriters, and industry participants alike on the implication of cannabis legalization on their respective businesses.
Jennifer is the Chair of the firm's Articling Committee in Toronto.
Jennifer received her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall, and completed her B.A. on the Dean's Honour Roll at York University. Jennifer is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers Association.
When not at work, Jennifer devotes her time to her two young sons, husband, and dog Riley.
