Many Thanks to Randy Maniloff for his review of Ontario Insurance Law & Commentary!

On a personal note, I very humbly thank Randy Maniloff of the U.S. firm of White & Williams for his very kind words in his most recent edition of his newsletter, Coverage Opinions, about the latest (2018) edition of Ontario Insurance Law & Commentary, which was recently released.
Links to his item about the Commentary, and to his entire newsletter, are as follows:
Given Randy’s stellar reputation as one of the pre-eminent coverage counsel in the U.S., and his prolific work as a speaker and author, (as his latest issue of Coverage Opinions says, that publication has just celebrated its fifth anniversary, and work is continuing on the fourth edition of the excellent book he co-authors, “General Liability Insurance Coverage – Key Issues in Every State”), his endorsement is very much appreciated. If anyone wants to keep current on coverage issues that arise in our neighbour to the south, which could affect us in Ontario and Canada depending on the policy language used and whether it has been previously addressed in our jurisdiction, those two publications are indispensable.
You have a faithful reader in Canada, Randy, and I’m sure there are many others. Thanks very much for your acknowledgement and praise of our efforts!
And, many thanks to two of Hughes Amys' very fine associates, Caroline Mowat and Sonia Shantikumar, for their exemplary assistance with this year's Commentary!
