Pamela (Pam) M. Stevens joined the firm after she was called to the Bar in 1979 and has been a partner since 1982.

Pam has a defence insurance civil litigation practice is which she focuses on the defence of both personal injury claims and accident benefits claims for insurers. She appears frequently in court, at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and also is involved in private mediations.

Pam has spoken at many professional and client seminars on topics ranging from social host liability to civil litigation practice in general, as well as other specialized subjects. She most recently spoke at the Law Society of Upper Canada on the subject of examination-in-chief, and to the Honourable Order of the Blue Goose organization on recent changes to the Insurance Act and the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule. Most recently, Pam published an article in the November 2004 Canadian Journal of Insurance Law: Hodgkinson v. Economical Mutual Insurance Company: The Intentional Act Exclusion in Defamation Cases.

She has a B.A. in History from Waterloo Lutheran University and obtained her LL.B. from the University of Toronto. She enjoys tennis and reading as well as travel and cuisine in Italy.
