Linda M. Kiley joined the firm in 2004 and became a partner in 2009.  Although she practises principally in the Toronto office, she also works out of the Hamilton office, serving clients in the Greater Hamilton area.

Linda has a wealth of experience in personal injury matters with a particular interest in accident benefits litigation and arbitration.  Her background also includes loss transfer and priority disputes between insurance companies.

Much of Linda's practice involves attendances at examinations for discoveries and mediations, primarily on behalf of defendants in motor vehicle and occupier's liability litigation.  She also appears in proceedings in court and at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.

Linda has an LL.B. from Queen's University and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association, the Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers' Association, the Canadian Defence Lawyers, the Medical Legal Society and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario Counsel Forum.
