Kimberly (Kim) Jossul was called to the Bar in July 2006 and joined the firm as an associate in September 2006.

Working in our Hamilton office, her practice area focuses mainly on insurance defence litigation, claims for accident benefits and general negligence claims.

Kim is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Hamilton Law Association, the Canadian Defence Lawyers and the Ontario Bar Association.

She obtained a B.Sc. (Hons) from Queen’s University in 2002 before earning an LL.B. from Queen’s University in 2005.
