Katie DiTomaso  was called to the Bar in 2004 and joined the firm as an associate in January, 2007. Previously, Katie was an Associate, summer and articling student with a large Toronto firm.

Katie practices in the area of civil litigation, primarily insurance defence litigation. Her practice includes providing insurance coverage opinions and defending claims involving personal injury, occupiers’ liability, professional negligence, property and casualty claims.

Katie received her LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario where she was awarded an entrance scholarship and won an aware for top standing in Intellectual Property Law. She was presented with the Tom Wilcox Scholarship Award from the Canadian Insurance bar Association for excellence in Insurance Law.  Katie received her B.A. Hons. (with High Distinction) at the University of Toronto in 2000.

She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association, The Advocates Society, Canadian Italian Advocates Organization, The Thomas More Lawyers’ Guild of Toronto and Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers Association.
