Jennifer M. Malchuk was called to the Bar in 1999.  She joined the firm as an associate in July 2003 and has been a partner since 2008.  Previously, Jennifer practised insurance litigation in Toronto and was in-house litigation counsel to a major insurer.

Jennifer works in our Hamilton office and practises exclusively in the area of insurance litigation. Her practice includes defending claims involving personal injury, occupiers’ liability, product liability, professional errors and omissions, statutory accident benefits and general negligence claims.

She is a member of the Hamilton Law Association, Canadian Defence Lawyers, the Advocates’ Society, Hamilton Medical-Legal Society and the Ontario Bar Association. She attends conferences regularly and provides information sessions and seminars for insurance clients.

Jennifer was born and raised in Thunder Bay, Ontario. She holds a B.Sc. and B.A. from the University of Waterloo. She also completed the coursework required for an M.A. in sociology at Lakehead University. Jennifer then went on to complete an LL.B. at the University of Windsor in 1997.
