Jennifer Huneault was called to the Bar in 2003 and joined the firm as an associate in January 2008. Previously, Jennifer was an associate with a prominent insurance defence litigation boutique firm.

Jennifer practices in the area of civil litigation with a primary focus on insurance defence litigation. Her practice sees her addressing both coverage issues and litigating personal injury, occupier's liability, professional negligence, property and casualty claims. Jennifer has appeared before arbitration tribunals and proceedings in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal.

Jennifer is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers Association.

Jennifer received her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall. She completed her B.A. on the Dean's Honour Roll at York University.
