Jason was called to the bar in 2008 and joined the firm as an associate in April 2010. Previously, Jason was an associate with a prominent insurance defence litigation boutique firm.

Jason practices civil litigation out of the Toronto office. He enjoys a broad litigation practice including personal injury, statutory accident benefits, priority dispute, loss transfer, occupier's liability, professional negligence, property and casualty claims.

He has appeared before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and proceedings in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Jason received his LL.B. from the University of Windsor and a B.A.(Hons) from the University of Western Ontario. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, and Canadian Defence Lawyers.
