Frances Bertucci articled with the firm and was made an associate when she was called to the Bar in July 2004.

Frances practices primarily in the area of civil litigation, with an emphasis on insurance coverage, insurance defence, personal injury and professional liability issues.

She has co-authored articles for the Canadian Journal of Insurance Law, continuing legal education programs and Noteworthy, Hughes Amys’ newsletter.

Frances earned a B.Sc. (Hons) in psychology and criminology at the University of Toronto in 1999 before attending law school at the University of Windsor.
