Elizabeth joined the firm as an associate in January 2009. Previously, Elizabeth was an associate with a prominent insurance defence litigation boutique firm.

Elizabeth practices civil litigation out of the Toronto office. She enjoys a broad practice addressing both coverage issues and litigating personal injury, statutory accident benefits, occupier's liability, professional negligence, property and casualty claims. She has appeared before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and proceedings in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and assisted with matters at the Court of Appeal. Elizabeth also contributes case reviews to The ARC Group of Canada reviewing current issues in insurance law for the province of Ontario and Quebec.

Elizabeth was called to the bar in 2004  and  received her LL.B. from the University of Ottawa.  She is an active member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers Association.
