Carisa joined the firm as an articling student in 2009.  She became an associate with the firm upon her call to the Bar in 2010.

Carisa practices civil litigation in the areas of property damage, professional negligence, insurance coverage and personal injury.  She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Defence Lawyers, the Toronto Lawyers' Association and the Advocates' Society.

Carisa earned her LL.B. from the University of Ottawa in 2009, and a B.A. (Hons.) from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2006.  She is fully fluent in French, and has a conversational knowledge of German and Spanish.
