Amanda Carson joined Hughes Amys LLP as an associate in September 2006. Previously, she was an articling student with a large national law firm.
Amanda practises civil insurance litigation in the areas of personal injury, property damage, occupiers’ liability, negligence, professional liability and insurance coverage.
She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Defence Lawyers, the Advocates’ Society and the Ontario Bar Association.
Amanda earned a J.D. from the University of Toronto and a B.A. (Hons) from Queen’s University. She was also the recipient of several academic awards.
