Bio

Linda practises civil litigation with an emphasis on statutory accident benefits, including priority and loss transfer disputes.

She has argued claims and appeals on behalf of insurers at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal and at private arbitrations and mediations.
