Bio

Jennifer works in our Hamilton office and practices exclusively in the area of insurance litigation. Her practice includes defending claims involving personal injury, occupiers’ liability, product liability, professional errors and omissions, statutory accident benefits and general negligence claims.  Jennifer has spent her entire career in the practice of insurance defence, both in private practice and as in house litigation counsel to a major insurer.

Jennifer is a member of the Hamilton Law Association, Canadian Defence Lawyers, the Advocates’ Society, Hamilton Medical-Legal Society and the Ontario Bar Association. She attends conferences regularly and provides information sessions and seminars for insurance clients.
