Bio

Jason articled with Hughes Amys and joined the firm as an associate following his call to the Bar in 2008.  He became a partner at the firm in 2017.

Jason practices civil litigation in the areas of personal injury, professional negligence, property loss, product liability and insurance coverage.  He has appeared as counsel before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and Ontario Court of Appeal in several hearings and trials.

Jason is a member of the firm’s Articling Committee in Toronto.

He received his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa in 2007.  He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
