Bio

Fatima Vieira was called to the Bar in 2002. Fatima practises civil litigation in the areas of insurance defence including personal injury, property damage, occupiers’ liability, negligence, and insurance coverage.

Fatima has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice including trial and an appeal from a private arbitration and before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. Fatima has also contributed to insurance and financial services regulation in the areas of policy and legislative development at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
